Subspecies in India
This is usually treated as a subspecies of Neptis narayana Moore, 1858 – Broadstick Sailer. We are provisionally treating it as a distinct, allopatric species based on morphological and biogeographic grounds. The male genitalia of this group have not been studied well, and a molecular phylogeny is currently unavailable.
