LHP not reported from the Western Ghats. Elsewhere, it is known to feed on Strobilanthes, Strobilanthes capitata (Acanthaceae), Persicaria orientalis (Polygonaceae), Prunus persica (Rosaceae) and Girardinia diversifolia (Urticaceae).
