(2) Baltia butleri sikkima Fruhstorfer, 1903 – Sikkim Two-spotted Dwarf
This species is also known as the Butler's Dwarf in India.

  The subspecies sikkima is legally protected in India under Schedule I of the Wildlife (Protection) Act, 1972.
  The subspecies butleri is legally protected in India under Schedule II of the Wildlife (Protection) Act, 1972.
