As per Ifoundbuts this is the Rosy Flash, but it does not match Evans (1932) "obscure, broad, white-edged band of ground colour, very faint on F". And Astam in in Kaski District of Gandakhi Province. Nepal has more than 1 province and 1 District, but you have to select one even if it is wrong!!
