Dear Sharada ji,
This seems to be your first contribution to Butterflies of India, there are few guidelines that all submissions need to follow, would be helpful if you go through those. The guidelines are available here: https://www.ifoundbutterflies.org/contributing-media-files
Listing out requirements with this observation
1) The copyright name has to be your full name as it is mention in your official Id card.
2) Each observation form should carry only one individual species photograph.
3) If there are more than one photograph (different angle, giving additional information about the individual) of a single individual, these go as single observation record.
4) Same species, different individuals go as different spot records on different observation forms.
5) Different species go into different observation forms.
6) Please crop the photographs close to butterflies so that their features are seen clearly. The composition requirement is mentioned in detail in the guidelines.
7) Where ever possible and you know the identification of the butterfly, please do mention those. In case you do not know the id, we will help with those.
We do look forward to your submissions following the guidelines. We will publish all your observations after they meet the requirements.
