An unusual sighting. 5 Yamflies are congreting on tender shoot of Dioscorea wallichii vine, feeding on the nectar secreted from it. Before this, saw 1-2 individuals sipping nectar from Leea, Smilax and Purple Yam shoots but this is the 1st time seeing 5 individuals together. Some ant species is also present there.
