Complete Life Cycle of a Sahyadri Red Helen Butterfly:
One morning I was searching for Indian Blue Mormon Butterfly in my garden, when suddenly this female butterfly appeared. The butterfly started laying eggs on what I think is Tabernaemontana divaricata (Crepe Jasmine) leaves. I have also submitted the Larval Host Plant. I then plucked the leaves on which it had laid the eggs so that I could raise its caterpillars. Then later in this BOI Website I searched for this butterfly and came to know that it was a Sahyadri Red Helen.
