Taxonomic Information
Elymnias hypermnestra cottonis (Hewitson, 1874) – Andaman Common Palmfly, was previously treated as a species, Elymnias cottonis (Hewitson, 1874) – Andaman Palmfly, but is now treated as a subspecies of Elymnias hypermnestra (Wei et al. 2017).
